Founder and President

In 2008 Debra started jail ministries and learned about the difficulties women in incarceration had reuniting with their children.  It was through this that God was able to show Debra how valuable each family unit was to these children and our community and how she could support their reunification. 

After serving the community and it's children for over 10 years, Debra was able to put together the foundation of this organization and form a board.

BISHOP  COLE is the

JURISDICTIONAL PRELATE for North Dakota. He is the  

SENIOR PASTOR at GOSPEL OUTREACH MINISTRIES COGIC.  Bishop Cole has been wonderfully married to Herminia Cole for 39 years , having 2 children Bernice and David. Bishop served in the USAF for 10years.  Bishop Cole’s service includes 45 years in ministry;  he has travelled to 6 out of 7 continents, preaching and teaching the Gospel to 58 countries throughout the world.  He is one of the vice presidents of the International Missions Department of the Church of God in Christ International.  His heart is to reach souls for the kingdom of God.   Truly his heart is a missionary to the nations of the world and he heard the directive of the Lord “GO into the world…”(Matt 28:19; Mk 16:16-18)
